Description of Elected Positions

All CCW officers are leaders of the organization and are expected to volunteer and support all projects, attend executive board meeting and monthly membership meetings.

President:

The President shall preside over all membership and board meetings.  She shall appoint a chairperson for each commission.  The President shall be of the Catholic faith.  The President must be willing to volunteer and help coordinate all CCW projects, fundraisers and support her fellow officers.  The President must attend quarterly Deanery meetings as a representative of the affiliate.

Vice President:

The Vice President shall be President Elect, and in the absence of the President, perform all duties of the President.  The V.P. arranges the programs for the monthly membership meetings.  The V.P. must be of the Catholic faith.  The V.P. is the President’s right-hand and should be willing to assist the President and chairmen on all CCW projects, fundraisers and show support to her fellow officers.  The V.P. must attend quarterly Deanery meetings as a representative of the affiliate.

Secretary:

The Secretary shall keep a record of the proceedings of business and board meetings.  She shall present incoming correspondence at the monthly meeting and is responsible for writing all thank you correspondence to monthly program speakers and donors of CCW fund raising projects.  The Secretary is also responsible for preserving the minutes of previous years.  The Secretary must be willing to volunteer on all CCW projects, fundraisers and support her fellow officers.

Treasurer:

The Treasurer shall receive all dues and monies of the organization and keep an accurate account of all transactions including members dues.  She shall pay all expenses, reconcile the bank accounts, and provide a report at each monthly meeting.  She is responsible for preserving reports and bank statements of previous years.  The Treasurer’s book shall be audited at the discretion of the pastor.  The Treasurer must be willing to volunteer on all CCW projects, fundraisers and support her fellow officers.
